Sleeping Medication
Is it safe to take Vallium, Zoloft, and a sleeping medication like Melatonin?
Not all at once, obviously the sleeping medication would only be used at night. But all on the same day, when taken as each one would be prescribed?
The Vallium is for severe Anxiety (I think, or would Zoloft treat that as well?)
(I don’t take the medications myself)
It really depends and when and why you’re taking the valium. Like one person said, the Zoloft in the morning and the Melatonin at night shouldn’t be an issue. But if you’re taking the Valium and the melatonin at night together, you’re risking excessive CNS Depression. You should really talk to your doctor about whether you need the melatonin at all.
