Over Counter Sleep Aids
over the counter Sleep Aids?
I just got Over The Counter Sleep Aid and i was wondering if anyone new the side effects to these. And what is the likely hood of getting addicted to them. I was on perscribed Sleeping Pills before and i did for a while become dependant on them. Does that made me more likely to form an addiction to these?

Well I tried them.
And I got addicted. I needed more and more of each and I switched brands and there you go again…
Some can end up having adverse affects : Benadryl could in fact act a bit like speed ( I do not know because I never used speed or any illegal drugs). Not too long ago a guy posted about Benadryl and was out of his mind : he was hallucinating etc.
Actually the same happened to me minus the hallucinations. At first I thought it was great : I was falling asleep within seconds. Now I avoid the stuff like hell !
Melatonine : I needed more and more and it confused my mind and was totally feeling groggy in the morning.
Sleepeeze : same
Nightol PM : same.
etc..
I can only speak for me of course but the over the counter sleeping aids are also very addictive and in some cases can have the opposite effects.
What to do ?? concentrate on a very boring object..a stone whatever. Try to keep the image in your mind and stop all thoughts. With practice it works. You fall asleep because it is sooooo boring !!!
