These are soybeans which have been lightly boiled and salted. They are excellent source of vitamin C, vitamin A, folic acid and fiber. They do not contain saturated fats, and also dissolves unwanted fats.

9. Olive oil:

It is rich in antioxidants and should be used for cooking. It has high proportion of monosaturated fats which is easily digestible and increases metabolism without piling transfats in the body.

10. Water:

It is easily available and is helpful in cleaning of the digestive system. Drinking water from time to time throughout the day helps in proper digestion of food and burning of fat.
