How do you usually cope with stress?

I believe I have set on very ambitious goals and have a lot to handle. Every little failure discourages me a lot and makes it very hard to continue. Any general tips?

It’s great that you are reaching out to others for some advice. We all need a little help every now and then, but a lot of people are too nervous to ask for it. Taking this step really shows what a mature, responsible person you are. As everyone knows, stress can be really overwhelming so its great you are looking for some ways to cope with your stress.

It helps to have a variety of healthy, effective Coping Strategies for your stress. A few easy to use methods for Reducing Stress include exercise, laughter, social interaction, and even sunlight. Seriously, all of these have been shown to lower stress or boost your mood. Instead of doing something just to take your mind off of the stress, it helps to have coping strategies which actually contain some benefits as well.
